Compassionate Drama Psychotherapy in London — Supporting Healing from Trauma, Anxiety, and Life Challenges
I’m a qualified Drama Psychotherapist who helps people explore their inner world and move towards healing. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck in life, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to make sense of your experiences.
In therapy with me, we can talk — but we can also go beyond words. Using stories, metaphors, creative expression, and play, you’ll have the chance to:
- Explore feelings that may feel hard to put into words
- Understand patterns and experiences from your past
- Build resilience and confidence in yourself
- Discover new ways to move forward with clarity and self-acceptance
You might be here because you’re:
- Living with anxiety, stress, or low self-esteem
- Carrying the weight of trauma or painful memories
- Struggling with relationships or feeling isolated
- Wanting to reconnect with your creativity, purpose, or joy
Whatever your reason, therapy can help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy that combines the insights of psychology with the creativity of theatre, art, and play.
As a dramatherapist, I draw on both clinical training and artistic methods to help you explore your experiences in new ways.
- You do not need to have any background in drama, acting, or theatre.
- Creative techniques offer a safe distance from painful feelings, making them easier to explore.
- Dramatherapy supports mind-body integration, emotional growth, and symptom relief.
- It can be especially helpful if you’ve found talking therapies difficult or limiting.
In other words, Dramatherapy gives you more than one way to express yourself.
Sometimes, when words fall short, creativity can speak for us.
Many people come to Dramatherapy because:
- Talking about trauma or anxiety feels overwhelming
- They want to process feelings through the body as well as the mind
- They are looking for an alternative to traditional talking therapies
- They want to reconnect with creativity and imagination as part of healing
- Over time, this approach can help you find new perspectives, feel relief from difficult emotions, and rehearse new ways of being that support lasting change.
There is no requirement to have experience in drama, theatre or creative arts to engage with a dramatherapist; it is simply an additional way of exploring problems when traditional talking therapies may be limiting or challenging.
Many people who may struggle with talking about their situation may find dramatherapy a useful way to off-load real feelings and tensions without the need to talk about the presenting problem directly. This is because dramatherapy uses the body which holds many of our feelings, and acknowledges how integral it is to the therapeutic process.

I feel seen
The therapy has helped me see parts of myself I never thought were worth bringing to light, and it was done so respectfully and carefully.
Creative therapy changed my life
I didn’t think I would like this type of therapy, but having worked with Weronika, I can see the power it has to bring up things from deep within the subconcious.
My son has his spark back
My son attended sessions online for a year and I was worried this kind of therapy wouldn’t work online, but my son has got his spark back and I am grateful we trusted the process.
Starting therapy can feel daunting — but you don’t have to do it alone. If you feel ready, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
Sessions are available in person in West London and online across the UK.
